Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of tutoring services provided by Pawprints Tuition. By booking lessons with us, you agree to the following terms.

• All lessons must be booked via invoices issued through our system (powered by Stripe).
• Failure to make payment may result in suspension of lessons.

• Lessons are conducted online via platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
• Sessions are tailored to the student's individual needs and goals.
• A free 15-minute introductory session may be offered.

• Lessons may be recorded and stored securely.
• Recordings are accessible only to the student, parent, and tutor.
• Recordings are typically retained for up to 30 days, unless downloaded earlier.

• At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the tutor may charge for the lesson at their discretion.
• Wherever possible, lessons should be rescheduled rather than cancelled.

We aim to match each student with the most suitable tutor. If you are not satisfied with your tutor, please contact us — we will review the situation and may offer a replacement tutor or provide guidance and support.

Pawprints Tuition does not offer refunds for completed lessons. However, we are committed to resolving any issues — we may review lesson recordings, offer a tutor change, and you are not obligated to continue with further lessons.

• Parents/students are expected to communicate respectfully and in a timely manner.
• Tutors will lead lesson communication, but cooperation from parents/students is required for scheduling.

• All tutors are Enhanced DBS checked.
• Any inappropriate behaviour towards tutors will result in immediate termination of services.

• While we aim to provide high-quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
• Pawprints Tuition is not liable for exam results or academic performance.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
